This work is devoted to pharmacognostical studies of overground parts of Mulberries white, black and elaborating of methods biological active compounds analysis (BAC). The qualitative composition and quantitative contents of the basic group BAC in leaves, fruits, bark, buds of mulberries white and black were investigated. In the probed objects it is identified 109 BAC: 9 flavonoids, 6 saccharides, 17 amino acid, 1 sterine, 15 terpenoids, 21 fat, 6 organic and 2 hydroxycinnamic acids, 2 derivates of cumarin, 2 tocopherols, 6 aldehydes, 19 hydrocarbons, 3 ethers of fatty acids. Modern method of the analysis mulberries white and black BAC were developed and the comparative analysis of their contents in leaves, fruits, bark, buds was carried out. Projects of the Metod of Quality Control for raw materials "Mulberry white leaves", "Mulberry black leaves", "Mulberry white leaves dry extracts" were developed. It was established, that dry extract leaves of mulberry white concerns to practically nontoxical substances and has hypoglycemical activity.
