The dissertation is dedicated to theoretico-methodological paradigms elaboration in Ukrainian customs affairs communicational environment library-informational section generation. The peculiarities of customs information consumers' necessities were detected, on the grounds of bibliometry and webliometry characteristics of composition, structure and domestic flow of customs agenda publications were determined.
