Sarana O. Transformation of the external economic function of the state under globalization.

The dissertation deals with the transformation of the external economic function of the state under globalization. Factor correlation of the parameters of macro- and microeconomic environment of state functioning and intensity of the presence of enterprises at the international commodity markets are used. The factor imitation model dependency of the level of intensification of foreign trade activity of enterprises and government support in financial, legislative and informative spheres is developed. The model enables government to enhance efficiency of stimulation of international economy of national enterprises. The stages of transformation of the external economic function of the state are determined, which allows specifying the management actions aimed at the intensive development of international business. Institutional and organizational mechanism of the state external economic function transformation is elaborated. The mechanism involves a phased structuring of the regulatory functions of the state and intensive use of information resources. The ways to improve component of information flow of the institutional and organizational mechanism of the implementation of the external economic function of Ukraine as a state on the ground of the existing organizational potential are defined.
