The thesis is dedicated to the scientific and theoretical study of the integration of environmental factors into the international legal regulation of trade. This paper investigates in detail the full range of international legal instruments that can affect the environmental performance in trade relations. The work of other international organizations involved in the formation of international environmental regimes of trade relations besides the WTO has been analyzed, as well as the mechanisms of settling the trade disputes connected with the environmental problems.
