Syukh A. Becoming and development of physics of the homogeneous burning and explosion in Ukraine: 1920 - 1950

In this dissertation for the first time the process of becoming and development of physics of the homogeneous burning on territory of Ukraine in the first half of ХХ century is exhaustively studied. There were ascertained pre-conditions of origin of scientific direction - physic s of burning and explosion. Basic attention is spared to experimental researches of A. E. Malinovskiy's, М. V. Polyakov's and V. S. Rossihin's groups and developing corresponding directions of research on physics of the homogeneous burning and explosion in them. The analysis of the found archived sources allowed to reconstruct the course of life and scientific way of А. E. Malinovskiy, М. V. Polyakov and V. S. Rossihin. For the first time the main research centers of physics of the homogeneous burning and explosion in Ukraine were determined. It is also analyzed the staff who developed this study and reasons that prevented this development.
