Petrova M. Management formation of electronic library and information resources (late XX - beginning of the XXI centuries.)

The dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of the management formation of electronic library and information resources (ELIR) by historical period late XX - early XXI centuries. We conduct historiographical analysis and determined the theoretical and methodological basis of research. We determine the stages of ELIR's management formation in Ukraine and provided a coherent picture of the current state of organization and management of library facilities. We prove the necessity of understanding and analyzing the problems of the ELIR's management formation as a priority direction of the library. We offer a conceptual model of the ELIR's management formation based on process approach and combines semantic, organizational, process control units. We determine the main directions of the conceptual model, the efficiency and effectiveness criteria of its implementation. We offer the phased organizational and management process-oriented cycle, which ensures ELIR's formation according to the information needs of users.
