A research object is an educational-educator process from physics at basic school. The article of research is forming of cognitive activity of students of basic school with the initial level of educational achievements from physics. A research aim consists in development, theoretical ground and experimental verification of methodology of forming of cognitive activity of students of basic school with the initial level of educational achievements from physics.Methods of research: supervisions, analysis of the systems and comparative of literature, questioning and questionnaire, methods of mathematical statistics and treatment of the got results were used. The first put problem is in relation to forming of cognitive activity of students of basic school with the initial level of educational achievements; it is worked out, scientifically methodology of forming of cognitive activity of students is reasonably and experimentally tested with the initial level of educational achievements in the process of studies of physics, in basis of which the idea of activation of cognitive processes is fixed on all stages of internal process of mastering of knowledge by active methods, forms and facilities of studies; a structure and maintenance of concept "cognitive activity", and also criteria, indexes of display and levels of formed of her components, are specified; got further development methodology of organization of active educational-cognitive activity of students of basic school with the use of playing and problem situations, of informatively-communication technologies, generalized plans, historical information, interesting facts and group work with students.
