In dissertation it has been studied temperature dependence of ergotropic, electrophysiological and myothermic parameters of muscular contraction at white rats with different thyroid status. It has been shown, that latent period of "M-response" is shortened for 50% at hyperthyroidism and, on the contrary, is extended at thyreotoxicosis and thyroidectomy for 21% and 25% in the conditions of normotermiya. Dependence of the latent period from muscle's temperature has two sites, in which it has opposite character at hypothermia development. The thyroid status qualitatively defines character of temperature dependence of ergometric parameters of muscle's contraction. It has been shown, that thriiodthyronin modulates character of temperature dependence of calorific value of muscle's contraction in different sectors of a scale of muscle's temperature: the temperature dependence of the parameter has opposite orientation, than law Q10 has been provided, at euthyroid and hyperthyroidism in initial phase of cooling. Thyreotoxicosis deforms a type of temperature dependence. The thyroid status defines width of a temperature zone of functioning of cold calorigenesis by the directed shift of a critical point of its "switching off".
