Essay

We consider the concept and the EU approach to their new neighbors formed the eastern border after enlargement in 2004 and in 2007. It was defined the features of the negotiation process of the partner countries of the Eastern Partnership and the EU on the Association Agreement and the Agreement on deep and comprehensive free trade area. We characterized the influence of the process of political dialogue in the Eastern European EU towards 2009 and in the format of the Eastern Partnership. It was shown its potential in the development of democracy in partner states. The analysis developed mechanisms of economic and energy integration of the Eastern Partnership and the EU.
