Grandt V. Coping-resources as a factor of the maintenance of the professional health of a personality.

This thesis is devoted to the study of coping-resources as factors of saving professional health of the representatives of emergency services. In this paper, the major components and factors of the professional health of the personality have been elucidated and the theoretical model of coping-resources of professional health of the representatives of emergency services has been built. The scientific understanding of the coping-resources in their structural organization (physical, social, psychological, moral and normative) and functional characteristics of the manifestation of the professional health (somatopsychic, social, psychological, moral and ethical) of the representatives of emergency services have been developed and extended. As a result of the empirical research the structural components of coping-resources of the professional health and their correlation in the manifestation of personal-behavioral features of the representatives of emergency services have been singled out. It was found out that the structural components of coping-resources of the representatives of emergency services as functional attributes have adaptive identifying and integrative functions. The factors of maintaining professional health (psychophysiological, personality-roled and organizationally-statused) of the representatives of emergency services have been defined. The program of conservation measures for professional health of the representatives of emergency services has been suggested.
