Essay

The object of research is the development of human resources in international business. The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for an international investigation of the labor market and the development of scientific and practical advice on the development of human resources of the international business community. Methods: structural and logical analysis, process and situational approaches, methods of analysis and synthesis, functional-oriented approach, the methods of expert evaluation, graphic. Theoretical results: is to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of human development and the development of scientific and practical advice on the development of human resources of the international business community in the context of globalization, the requirements to qualitative characteristics of the staff. Practical results: The lie in the fact that the implementation of the development and the recommendations are organizational methods of human resource development actors in the international economy. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the structure of the professional competencies of the global human development; improved: features of development of human resources in the context of globalization; factors affecting the development of human resources in the context of globalization; sequenced training international business structures, based on competencies, suggested procedure of international recruitment company based on competencies; developed further: the author's definition of "international business", "global labor market", "human resource development", designed matrix impact assessment indicators of human resources at competitive international company. The degree of implementation: this study introduced into practice the Department of the Economics of Luhansk Regional State Administration, the Luhansk regional Employment Center, Luhansk Regional Chamber of Commerce, Department of Economics Lugansk City Council, PJSC "Luganskteplovoz" and used in teaching the East Ukrainian National University named after Volodymyr Dahl (Lugansk). Scope: interdisciplinary.
