Dubovik S. Formation of productive style of the future economy teachers' professional intercourse.

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the future economy teachers of productive style formation of professional intercourse. The basic directions of the future teachers' economy training in higher educational establishments are stated. The meaning of the concept of productive style of teachers' professional intercourse is specified. The structure of this style is grounded and the procedure of its diagnostics is developed. It's experimentally proved that traditional principles of professional training organization are insufficient for exploratory style of the future teachers' economy forming. Psychological economic terms of the future teachers' productive style of professional intercourse forming are defined: students' motivation of mastering this style, implementation of specially developed methods of the indicated style formation, development of reflection as the mechanism of the future teachers' personality development are provided. Model of productive style of professional intercourse of the future teachers' economy forming is scientifically grounded and developed, the efficiency of which is experimentally proved. The basic results of the research are implemented in future economy teachers' of training in higher educational establishments of Ukraine.
