Essay

The object of research is the process of strategic development for European Economic Cooperation. The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of regional economic cooperation and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of a strategic framework for European Economic Cooperation. Methods: analysis and synthesis methods of comparative analysis and economic and mathematical modeling, the method of pooling the data, the method of statistical analysis, cluster analysis method, the method of panel data with fixed effects. Theoretical results: is to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of regional economic cooperation and the development of scientific and practical, organizational and economic advice on the development of European economic cooperation in the strategic dimension. Bottom line: the lie in the fact that the scientific results brought to the level of specific scientific, methodological and practical recommendations for improving the economic mechanisms of European economic cooperation. Scientific novelty: for the first time: developed a conceptual approach to policy development of European economic cooperation and improved: logframe functioning of European economic cooperation; a mechanism for creating deep free trade area between Ukraine and the member states of the European Union; have been further developed: the definition of "regional interaction ","regional trade integration, "european economic cooperation ", the quantitative basis for the definition of strategic areas of cooperation between the European countries and Ukraine in the deepening of international and regional relations. The degree of implementation: this study used in practice: the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy and Labour, General Directorate of Donetsk Regional State Administration, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, PJSC "Prominvestbank" (Kiev), PAT "Raiffeisen Bank Aval", as well as in the educational process, Donetsk National University, Kiev Institute of Banking. Scope: interdisciplinary.
