The thesis is dedicated to optimization of the anesthetic tactics for reconstructive interventions on the abdominal aorta. Work was performed at the State University "Inorganic Chemistry, AMS of Ukraine the goal, 112 patients with pathology of the great vessels have been treated. Based on the analysis of clinical material in control groups crucial differences of hemodynamic profile, oxygen budget and the schemes of infusion therapy in the perioperative period were determined in these patients. Detected discrepancies allowed to optimize anaesthetic tactics during reconstructive surgical interventions on the abdominal aorta according to hydrodynamic stroke protection and improvement of the flow reperfusion period. The use of prolonged epidural anesthesia in reconstructive interventions on the abdominal aorta is the peculiarity of the proposed method, due to which it was possible to adapt the systemic hemodynamics, oxygen budget and infusion therapy in the perioperative period. Thus, the proposed method of combined anesthesia in patients with occlusive lesions of major vessels allowed to accelerate the postoperative recovery period and contributed to the reduction of intensive care unit stay of the patients, which was the purpose of our study.
