Mykhalchuk O. The formation of andragogical competence of pedagogical university students in Poland.

In dissertation the comparative and pedagogical analysis of the problem of the formation of andragogical competence of pedagogical university students in Poland is offered. It is substantiated that adult education is an inalienable though relatively separate part of the education system and the complex of the problems related to its functioning and development predetermined by its target group as well as by its tasks, the implementation of which is ensured by the activity of its basic subdivisions. The degree of the scientific working of the essence of andragogical competence concept is analysed in pedagogical, psychological and philosophical literature; the influence of international organizations on the development of andragogy and adult education in Europe is investigated; basic tasks and requirements to the professional andragogical training in Poland are selected in accordance to the Polish standards; the content of educational programs and the structure of curricula of higher educational establishments in Poland is found out; forms, technologies and methods of organization of adults educational process in the Polish universities of the third age are described.
