Essay

Based on the comparative clinical-psychopathological and pathopsychological research findings on clinical features of the structure and pathogenic mechanisms of modern forms of mental disadaptation reactions of secondary school students from ordinal schools and specialized schools. Studied clinical-psychopathological phenomenology of mental sphere of secondary school students with reactions of disadaptation. Found features of social functioning in investigated contingent. Defined personal and psychopathological characteristics of this category of students. Highlighted basic mechanisms of psychopathological disorders mental disturbances of children with reactions to mental disadaptation. Based on the results of the investigation, developed principles of the system of differential psychotherapeutic correction reactions of mental disadaptation using rational psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, autogenic training. High clinical effectiveness of the proposed system of psychotherapeutic correction was defined.
