Essay

Object of research: process of corporatisation of economic relations and mechanism of activation of human factor in a corporate management. Purpose of research: development of conception of activation of role of human factor and expansion of sphere of participation of subjects of corporate process in a corporate management, and also development of mechanisms of realization of this conception in modern terms. Methods of research: dialectical method, method of approach of the systems, methods of analysis and synthesis, quantitative method of analysis. Results: modern conception of activation of human factor is worked out in a corporate process; conformities to law of corporate process and their role are educed in forming of the modern system of economic relations; principles of construction of mechanism of corporate management are systematized ; the methodical going is reasonable near forming of models of participation of economic subjects in an effective management by a corporation; the row of concepts and categories of economic theory is improved, in particular "корпоратизация of economic relations", "corporate management"; the mechanism of forming of rational structure of owners and "attracted" workers of corporation is reasonable relatively to the change of internal and external factors of structural of interests of subjects of corporate process. Novelty: First: modern conception of activation of human factor is worked out in a corporate process; conformities to law of corporate process and their role are educed in forming of the modern system of economic relations. Improved: principles of construction of mechanism of corporate management; methodical going near forming of models of participation of economic subjects in an effective management by a corporation. Got further development: concept "Корпоратизация of economic relations"; concept "Corporate management"; ground of mechanism of forming of optimal structure of owners and "attracted" workers of corporation.
