Essay

The thesis is about Ice Slurry production in the ice slurry generator of screw type. Screw type ice slurry generators are commonly used for lamellar ice production. Construction and operation modes optimization for generator make possible to produce manufactured ice with desired parameters. Ice production processes in the apparatus for this type is not good enough studied. The mathematical model describing ice crystallization process in the screw type ice slurry generator is developed. On the model basis the rated dependences are defined. Nominal range of use for apparatus in Ice Slurry production mode is determined.
