The object of study: the system of health care to people affected by the accident at the nuclear power plant Chornobil. Purpose: rationale and design an improved model of preventive health care and health monitoring using mobile diagnostic systems for people affected by the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Methods: The Bible-semantic, medical, statistical, sociological, expert assessments, systems analysis. Theoretical and practical results: advanced technology and preventive health monitoring enabled more efficiently provide more health care to people affected by the Chernobyl accident. Developed and implemented a functional organizational model of preventive health care and monitor the health of the rural population living in radiation-contaminated areas of Ukraine. The theoretical value in modeling systems using mobile diagnostic systems and other subsystems of health, medical supplement policies by accident at Chernobyl. The novelty lies in the fact that for the first time in Ukraine examined key indicators, capabilities and experience of the mobile diagnostic systems to monitor the health of the people living in these polluted territory of Ukraine; model of preventive health care and monitor the health of the rural population, justified and enhanced set of measures to inspection and medical examination of the population using mobile diagnostic systems. The degree of implementation: results are introduced in the form of an information sheet, board decisions Zhitomir state health department administration; educational programs of disciplines nursing Zhitomir іnstitut nursing.
