The healing of nonerosive stress-associated esophagitis was estimated in time period after stress, we examined changes of serum content of VEGF, EGF, IL-1? and TNF-? and expression of glycoconjugates.. It was shown the structural and functional reorganization for subepithelial and epithelial structures under spontaneous repair and corrections with of melatonin and modification microbiota. It was established character of changes in subepithelial structures marked by lectins,and in level of VEGF і TNF-? can be potent diagnostic biomarkers for therapeutic approach of nonerosive esophagitis/
