Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and methodological approaches towards formation of the communicative skills of primary school children with learning disabilities at the process of foreign language study. The usage of psycho-linguistic approach in studying the development of speech function enables to analyse speech activity and mechanisms of formation of the communicative skills of primary school children with learning disabilities in ontogenesis at the process of foreign language study. The formation of communicative skills of primary school children with learning disabilities at the process of foreign language study model is theoretically determined; the elements of these communicative skills (motivational, cognitive, personal and reflexive) are defined. The criteria and levels of the studied communicative skills are suggested. The didactic model of the formation of communicative skills of primary school children with learning disabilities at the process of foreign language study and communicative methodic are suggested, the system of psycho-pedagogical conditions of their formation and the content have been defined.
