Abrashka O. The influence of EU innovation policy on the communiti's labour market

Object: the processes of influence of EU innovation policy on labor market of association. The purpose: theoretical grounding and assessment of impact of innovation policy EU on labor market of the association, identifying areas of improvement of public innovation policy of Ukraine. The methods: scientific deduction and induction, system analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, abstraction, historical, logical, statistical, structural, economics and mathematics, cluster and comparative methods. It is offered: transformation of the EU innovation policy towards strengthening the importance of the social dimension was grounded; scientific and methodical approach to evaluating the dependence between the parameters of innovation activities in selected groups of EU member states and the standing of their labor markets; similarity groups of EU member states, distributed with parameters innovation and labor market was found out; implication and adaptive model innovation policy improvement, which ensures the use experience of the EU in supporting innovation was developed.
