3. The object of the research is 108 patients who had been operated for the BAVdisease was made. The aim is to improving the diagnosis of the BAV disease based on studies of clinical manifestations, echocardiographic data, indicators of systemic inflammation and tissue remodeling, their interrelation depending on gender, age and type of formation of a heart disease. Methods - clinical, laboratory, instrumental, pathomorphological, statistical. The novelty of the recearch lies in the following: iIt was found that the BAV disease and its complications happened to the patients with signs of NCTD, in which abnormalities of the skeleton, skin defects, disorders of the organs of vision, urinary system, additional chord in the cavity of the left ventricle were dominant. The patients suffering from the BAV disease and NCTD whose one of the first clinical manifestations of a long asymptomatic run with CHF had an arrhythmic syndrome. The development of the BAV disease is accompanied with an activation of the systemic inflammation and tissue remodeling. It was found that the complications of the BAV disease AAA were associated with the highest activity of the systemic inflammation and tissue remodeling and expressiveness of NCTD. X-ray examination of ablated valves allowed us to establish the exact stages and the extension of the calcification of the patients with the BAV disease. 20,41% of the patients had the local calcification (<25% of the aortic valve), 38,77%of the patients had the segmental calcification (25-50%), 32,65% of the patients had the subtotal calcification (50-75%).8,16% of the patients lacked calcification. Any of the patients didn't have the total calcification of BAV (>75%). The results of the research have been introduced into medical institutions, scientific and educational process. The field is medicine.
