3. The object of the research is patients with stable angina FC II-III. Metodes - clinical, labolratory, instrumrntal, statistical. The novelity of the research lies in the following: In patients with stable angina FC II-III with a heart rate> 80 beats per min more pronounced endothelial dysfunction (increased content of endothelin-1 and von Willebrand factor), significant proatherogenic changes in blood lipid spectrum (increased LDL cholesterol, triglycerides) were observed and greater autonomic imbalance on the basis of the heart rate variability was registered in these patients. In patients with a heart rate <60 beats per min. endothelial dysfunction was less pronounced, however, decrease of the level of parasympathetic ANS impact in the regulation of cardiac activity was found. Platelets and index of aggregation does not indicate the existence of substantial differences in survey groups. Therapy administration effectively reduces the heart rate with the addition of If channels inhibitors of sinus node, the presence of positive clinical symptoms as well as instrumental and laboratory parameters indicates its great contribution to the progression of endothelial and autonomic dysfunction in patients with stable angina pectoris. Тhe resultat of the research have been introduced into medical institutions, scientific and educational process. The field is medisin.
