Object: art and speech activity of children of preschool age, purpose: scientific basis and experimentally verify the effectiveness of teaching methods dialogue speech of children of preschool age; and methods: terminological analysis, content analysis, teacher observation, the generalization of experience of educators, educational experiment; novelty: grounded methods of teaching dialogue speech of children of preschool age, deployment of dialogic interaction of children in various forms of artistic speech activities, formation of the younger preschoolers dialogical skills based on literary texts, change the position of the teacher in dialogue with preschoolers and children together, the criteria, indicators and describes levels of formed dialogue speech younger preschoolers, results: the technique of teaching dialogue speech younger preschoolers means of artistic expression and defined pedagogical conditions for its implementation; branch  Theory and Methodology of Teaching (the Ukrainian Language).
