The work is devoted to improvement of cleaning technology of raw cane sugar remelt using retun of calcareous and carbonization sediments and additional reagents. Experimental research of technological and microbiological data of raw cane sugar of various periods of storage. A method and apparatus and technological scheme of cleaning of raw cane sugar remelt using sediment of carbonization and hydroksosulphate of aluminum. A disinfection method based on usage of disinfectant "Zhavel-Kleyd".
