The thesis considers the problem of adaptation of 6-7 year old children with the terms of schooling, factors that affect the adaptation of children. The aim was substituted and development program of measures aimed at increasing the adaptive capacities of 6-7 year old children in terms of schooling, by means of physical education. The results demonstrate the probable improvement of physical development, morbidity, functional status of the cardiovascular and respiratory system, physical performance, physical fitness, physical activity and psycho-emotional state. A scale of assessment of adaptive capacity of 6-7 year old children
