Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the reconstruction of penetration process in Ukraine and the dissemination of STR ideas, studies of STR differentiation and integration processes in domestic science and the development of STR in the works of domestic scientists in the context of the world science unified progress. For the first time the contextual comparison of the original papers of O. Hruzintsev, L. Kordysh, B. Herasymovich, Ya. Grdina, L. Strum, Ph. Byalobrzheskiy and other local scientists with original works of foreign scientists in STR relevant areas has been established. Strum's ideas of superluminal motions and their genetic connection with the modern superluminal tachyon motion conception have been analyzed as well as their priority character proved for the first time. Also the periodization of the concept development of superluminal movements has been presented; the role of the method of finding Herasymovych' parameters aberration in observant astrophysics has been scrutinized. The contribution to the promotion and development of the national researchers' STR conceptual ideas, which for various reasons have not received the deserved recognition until now, has been analyzed and appreciated. In the context of relativity theory considered and put into practice a little-known to the world scientific community of N. Rosen's work, which published on the Ukrainian language during his work in Ukraine.
