Kuz'o O. Cultural dimensions of state cultural policy in Ukraine late XX - early XXI century

The work by the Cultural reconstruction process of formation of state cultural policy in Ukraine late XX - early XXI century. Describes its theoretical basis in the methodological context of cultural studies. It is shown that the phenomenon of cultural policy is part of a broader research issues of domestic and foreign humanities, scientific development which takes place in the philosophical, sociological, historical, political, managerial areas. The study by the Cultural explication of the concept of "cultural policy." Proved that its essential elements are categories subculture picture of the world-wide picture of the world. In the context of the development of modern forms and mechanisms of intercultural dialogue reasonably allocated and function of state cultural policy, and characteristic features of its implementation on the basis of analysis of the development of Ukrainian-German Cultural Relations at the end of XX - beginning of XXI century.
