Dobrianskyi O. Formation of Psychological Readiness of Investigators to Professional Activity in Extreme Conditions.

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and experimental research of the problem of psychological readiness of investigators of law-enforcement organs to their professional activity in extreme conditions. Psychological peculiarities of professional activity of investigators in extreme conditions have been analyzed and determined. The essence, structure and content of components of psychological readiness of investigators to their professional activity under extreme conditions have been determined; and indices and criteria of evaluation of its levels have been defined. The state of formation of psychological readiness of investigators of law-enforcement organs in extreme conditions has been studied and its determinants have been revealed. The program of formation psychological readiness of investigators of law-enforcement organs in extreme conditions has been worked out and experimentally verified. The recommendations concerning improvement of psychological readiness of investigators to professional activity in extreme conditions have been offered.
