Dissertation is devoted to the development of methodological competence of masters of vocational training. On the bases of national and foreign methodological, psychological and pedagogical scientific literature as well as vocational education and training practice, the scientific content of the concept "methodological competence of masters of vocational training" is concretized and the content and structure of methodological competence of masters of vocational training is defined. The methodological competence model of masters of vocational education as well as pedagogical principles (development and self-development of vocational education masters' methodological competence intensification; masters' methodological competence methods realization; scientific and methodological support for the development of masters' methodological competence implementation; effective professional information environment establishing) have been theoretically justified and experimentallyverified. The criteria, indicators and diagnostic tools of quantitative and qualitative assessment of methodological competence of masters of vocational training levels have been determined.
