Drab Y. Psychological preparation of operation personnel of power enterprise to work in emergencies.

On the basis of theoretical and methodical analysis of peculiarities of professional activity of a worker of operation personnel of power enterprise in emergencies the content of notions of «psychological preparation of operation personnel of power enterprise» and «level of psychological readiness of operation personnel of power enterprise» have been improved. The author has described the role of adaptive individual and psychological peculiarities of a worker of operation personnel of power enterprise, the ability to self-regulation of inadaptive and disadaptive states and level of development of professionally important qualities for psychological readiness of workers of operation personnel of power enterprise to work in emergencies. Also the author has determined the principal requirements to reliability of professional activity of workers of operation personnel of power enterprise to work in emergencies. The program of psychological preparation of operation personnel of power enterprise to work in emergencies and practical recommendations to particular workers of power enterprise with regards to psychological preparation of operation personnel of power enterprise to work in emergencies have been worked out.
