Amons M. Psychologo-legal description of the acts related to the risk, in activity of workers of militia

Object of research: social relations, which arise during the professional activity of employees of militia associated with the risk. The purpose of research: to identify the psychological and legal peculiarities of the activities, associated with the risk; development of scientifically grounded proposals, aimed at the prevention of socially dangerous consequences of risk situations in the activities of the workers of militia. Methods of research: theoretical (systemic-structural, systemic-functional, comparative-legal, formal logic, logical and legal); empirical (observation, interview, focus group discussions-discussions, testing with the help of method of A. Shmelev and methods of Schubert); methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty consists in, that thesis is the first in Ukraine complex monographic the study of the psychological and legal characteristics of the acts related to the risk, in the activities of the workers of militia. The specific contribution lies in the fact that the provisions set out in the dissertation and be considered at the protection, developed by the author personally. The practical significance lies in the fact that the materials of the investigation have been used as recommendations: 1) the development of the coefficient of deviation persons, which create situations of risk; 2) the introduction of the results of research in the legislative process, practice and educational process. The subject matter and the degree of integration: the results of the research are used in practical activities of ATS, in the educational process. The effectiveness of implementation: the implementation testify to the positive evaluation of the application of research results. Sphere of use: law-enforcement activities, the educational process
