Essay

This Thesis is devoted to the solution of an urgent scientific problem, which is due to determine the most essential factors that influence on the process variables of the system “roller screen – loose rock” and also to determine productivity and efficiency dependence on these factors with subsequent machine operation recognition and mathematical model investigation for its efficient factors’ forecast. It has been determined seven basic factors, which significantly influence on productivity, and six of them influence on screening efficiency. There has been found experimentally the dependences of these factors on variable factors and their approximation has been implemented. In terms of multiple-factor field of scalable factors was developed generalized model for the value of productivity and efficiency of screening in terms of nonlinear regression models. There has been developed unifying model of machine operation where machine synthesizes interaction of separation productivity and efficiency modifying all the researched factors, thus efficient and optimal choice of roll screen factors became available. The research results which are presented in two methodology guides have been introduced to the core institutes. Experimental sample of the roll screen has been produced, researched and has being exploited at the limestone extraction mine.
