Rybalchenko T. Improvement of special physical, technical and tactical preparation of qualified middle distance runners during annual training cycle

Research Subject - training process of middle distance runners. Research Goal - to define areas of improvement of qualified middle distance runners' training process within the annual training cycle. Research Methods: theoretical analysis and и generalization of the special literature, pedagogical observation, educational experiment, testing, methods and methodologies of determining of aerobic abilities of athletes, methods and methodologies of determining of techno-tactical qualification level, expert judgement method, methods of mathematical statistics.Scientific novelty of the received results: for the first time the dynamics of special physical and techno-tactical training of qualified middle distance runners, who combine distances of different lengths, was defined and a range of specialized exercises, which contribute to improvement of their level, was developed; the degree of correlation between indicators of special physical and techno-tactical training and the competition results of middle distance runners, who combine distances of different lengths, was determined; new information was obtained as to increase of the influence of technical qualification on the competition results of qualified middle distance runners within the annual training cycle. The results of the research were implemented into the training process of the qualified middle distance runners in the Kharkiv Olympic Reserve College, Kharkiv City Comprehensive Boys and Girls Sports School, Kharkiv Comprehensive Specialized Boys and Girls Sports school of the Olympic Reserve "Olympia", Sumy Specialized Boys and Girls Sports School in the name of V. Golubnychyi, Field - physical education and sports.
