Lavrentyev A. Functional preparedness formation of operative subdivisions workers of Ukrainian law enforcement bodies

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the operative staff's professional- applied physical skills development considering the most important physical and psychophysiological qualities that ensure the reliability of the professional activity. The main purpose of the research is the development of the technique for improving particular individual physical and psychophysiological qualities. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time the technique of forming the physiological and psychophysiological qualities of the operative staff during the physical training lessons by means of special preparatory exercises was developed and substantiated on the basis of the obtained experimental data. Furthermore, the correlative relationship between physical and psychophysiological qualities of cadets was detected, the factorial structure and model of operative staff readiness was elaborated, and some practical recommendations for improving the level of professional training of operational staff during the studing process at the university and while conducting trainigs for practical subunits.
