Komisarova L. The development of technological culture of masters of production training of VET of tailoring profile

The dissertation gives theoretical grounds concerning and experimentally verified the model and pedagogical conditions of technological culture advance for production training experts of tailoring profile vocational education institutions; selection and structuring of the training content at the School of technological culture advance is fulfilled; methodology of step-by-step advance of technological culture for production training experts of tailoring profile during the intracourse period of refresher training is developed. Methodological instructions as regards work organization at the School of a young expert, and use of innovative technologies for production training of future skilled workers at tailoring profile vocational institutions are prepared and introduced. Confirmed the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of technological culture in the period between the treatment courses training.
