Essay

The individualized programs of recreational and health activities of adolescents with character's accentuations was elaborated, theoretically and practically substantiated in this work. Their key moments were: the distribution of adolescents according to pronounced character's accentuation and prevailing type of their emotional reaction to frustrative situations; the forming of special tasks and selection of appropriate means; the using of different teaching methods and sequences of doing exercises. The improvement of physical and mental health of adolescents, which were engaged in programs, that we had developed, shows its effectiveness.
