Mohammed S. Features of the international legal status of the Palestinian Authority

The thesis is devoted to the study of complex features international legal status of the Palestinian Authority, which displays the status of international legal issues, the status of the Palestinian Authority, the process of their formation and evolution. The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of peculiarities of the internationa legal status of the Palestinian Authority, reflects the main issues related to this status, the process of their emerging and evolution. The paper reveals the key factors that made impact on the formation of the Palestinian Authority. Topicality of the thesis is that study of the problem of Palestinian statehood in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian dialogue can more objectively review the peace process, the parties' positions and identify the obstacles to resolving the Middle East conflict, which is possible only when the correct assessment of the role and place for the establishment of an independent state in the Palestinian national movement is achieved. The most important role in the recognition by the international community of the Palestinian people's right to self-determination played international organizations and other associations of states that provided the PLO, and later the State of Palestine with the right to participate in their activities, which has been gradually expanding, strengthening the international legal personality of the PLO, & then the State of Palestine.
