Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretic-experimental research of the problem of forming cognitive-creative competence of future specialists on the system engineering. In accordance with the tasks of research it has been conducted an analysis in order to determine the essence of concepts "competence" in scientifically-pedagogical sources, a concept was formulated and were selected constituents of the cognitive-creative competence of future specialists on the system engineering. Determined and theoretically grounded organizational-pedagogical terms of forming the cognitive-creative competence of future specialists on the system engineering: provision of professional orientation of fundamental disciplines; application of the technology for studying of fundamental disciplines, which rationally combines innovative and traditional forms as well as methods of studying; application of the module-rating systems of studying within the limits of the credit-module systems for the organization of the educational process and developed a technology of forming the cognitive-creative competence of students of the course "System engineering". Determined and characterized the criteria, indices and levels of the formed cognitive-creative competence of future specialists on the system engineering. The efficiency of offered organizational-pedagogical terms of forming the cognitive-creative competence of future specialists on the system engineering is experimentally tested. It is well-proven after quantitative and high-quality results of the experimental performance, that due to the influence of a set of means it is possible to provide the increase of level of a formed cognitive-creative competence. The main provisions of dissertation are inculcated in the educational process of higher school of Ukraine.
