Kalynovska I. Interiors of public buildings of the and of XIX-XX centuries on the example of Ivano-Frankivsk: cultural aspect.

The thesis deals with peculiarities of interior of public buildings in Ivano-Frankivsk at the end of XIX- XX centuries, the regional architecture school objects as the artistic phenomenon are comprehensively covered in the context of Ukrainian culture. It is discovered that majority of buildings of the end of XIX - the beginning of XX centuries preserved some authentic architectural details, decorative and structural elements, stained glass windows, murals, cement and plaster plastic and thematic sculpture. Organic combination of arts and architecture plays an important role in artistic features formation in the public buildings interior of that period. Four main types of interaction of external architectural stylistic form of a building and its interior were distinguished and generalized. They are: 1) interior is a complex environment, inherent in the building; 2) interior style solution from the beginning of creation was not associated with architectural form because of different reasons; 3) interior style decision is a result of levels of multi-layers of architectural and decorative and artistic elements; 4) interior style created by artists, designers build much later and is not stylistically connected with it. Summerizing the results of internal architectural space analysis on the macro-structural level and on the level of spacious elements, a range of architectural objects, which interior space is a complex environment, inherent in the architecture of the building were discovered.
