The dissertation researches preconditions, trends and common features of Khmelnychyna palace-park art's development in the 18-19th centuries. It gives exposure to the process of mansion ensembles' formation as the result of the impact of social-economical, natural-geographical and culturological causes complex. It reveals typological, constructive and style peculiarities of palace-park formations; studies main principles of ensembles composition, their monumental-decorative adornment. It shows the ways of using significant objects in modern monument-preserving business and tourism.
