Essay

Research object - the process of evaluating quality of the educational process of the university. A research objective - improvement the scientific standardization principles of quality estimation of educational process for the improvement quality management systems of the university. Research methods - functional modeling, regression analysis, nonparametric hypothesis testing (Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis, Page, Friedman, Brown-Mood), statistical process control methods, sampling procedures by attributes. Equipment for researches - the personal computer. Theoretical and practical outcomes - formulated provisions allow obtaining objective data for monitoring of the educational process, clearly identifying the causes of changes in the effectiveness of the educational process, it increases at least two times the effectiveness of the quality management system of the university. Scientific novelty - first time the unified process-based mathematical model of the educational process according to system approach is developed, thus providing the scientific standardization principles of quality estimation of educational process; have been further improved the classification of the educational processes this allows to formalize the properties and functions of the various educational processes; have been further improved methods for evaluating quality of the educational process, which, in contrast to existing ones, take into account not only the output of the process, but also the properties of its input parameters, operating parameters and characteristics of processed statistical areas; the nomenclature of quality indicators, which in contrast to the existing expert quality indicators, reflect the real properties of the process is clarified; The reliability estimation method of entrance inspection, which allows to ensure making the right decision with a given probability at management of educational process, is improved. The outcomes of dissertational work are implemented during research work of the National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine "Development of methods for planning and control for the quality management system of the university Emergencies of Ukraine" (№ DR 0111U002452), as well as in the quality management process of education of Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, at the Department of aircraft instruments and measurements of the National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" and in educational process on department of metrology and measurement techniques of Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics. If confirmed by the acts of implementation. The scientific and practical results of the thesis can be used in higher education to provide objective data for monitoring of the educational process, to uniquely identify the causes of changes in the effectiveness of the educational process, to ensure the manageability of the educational process in real time.
