Kulzhinskiy (1880–1947) – domestic scientist, teacher, organizer of agricultural science and education. The work reveals the conditions of the scientific outlook and personality of the scientist and its scientific, organizational and educational activities in the context of agricultural research affairs in the territory of Ukraine and the Soviet Union in the first half of the XXth century. In order to enhance the historical and analytical study was carried periods of life and creative work of the scientist.
