Essay

The thesis examines the suite of problems associated with the formation of philosophical concepts of network education that involves opening the impact of integration processes in the formation of the development of information-educational environment and the formation of information education. Thesis reveals the importance of integration processes in education for transformation of European and global information spaces. Author explains the role of the national infrastructure of research and education networks in Ukraine for education impact on the development of the information society as a society of knowledge. Thesis reveals how decisively the development of the national education system in the implementation of people-development function in a network environment. Information and educational environment serves as the basis of integrated activities and how knowledge-oriented environment. Integration investigated both objective self organizing involving many processes on social and institutional, social and civilization levels as a dialectical process of self-development of the educational system in a network environment. The necessity of transforming the paradigm of education informatization, the transition from the disclosure of information as the integration of ICT in the learning process from the standpoint of information exchange and information technologies, based on the transition to the formation of a network paradigm within postnonclassical paradigm of education from the standpoint of the disclosure of social and organizational, social, institutional, social and potential of integration in civilization on the basis of scientific and educational networks. Basis network paradigm is the recognition antroposofiynosti of remote information-educational environment as a way to exercise, spatiality as forms of network education as a way of life of individuals and society.
