Dissertation research contains the results of theoretical and philosophical analysis of innovative paradigm of higher education of Ukraine at the terms of transition to informative society. It is well-proven that modern Ukrainian society does not answer basic criteria informative and is in the transitional state. Becoming of informative society envisages orientation of higher education on development of man that grows into an active producer and consumer of information and knowledge. Exactly within the limits of educational process there is adaptation of man to existence in the informative field. In research reasonably, that in the conditions of transition to informative society the necessity of native change of the system of higher education is conditioned by the necessities of steady development. Maintenance of innovative paradigm of higher education is exposed, it is proven that exactly in her limits there is orientation of educational process on a man. The theoretical ground of innovative paradigm of higher education as bases of providing of quality of higher education is offered in dissertation research. It is proven that on the basis of realization of innovative paradigm appears new axioshpere of education, that products mental and ethical principles of all-sufficientness, self-realization and self-actualization. The main reference-points of modernization of higher education are determined. Attention is accented on information technologies in higher education.
