The thesis is a theoretical and experimental investigation of college teachers' training for application testing technologies in professional activities, presented in the form of the model, with the following components: goals, objectives, principles (of general and specific) pedagogical approaches (learner-active, modular, theory and phased forming actions) and pedagogical conditions (formation of positive motivation training, pedagogical integration level interdisciplinary connections, applying modular approach for building a learning process), content preparation, components, forms, tools, criteria, methods and techniques, levels of development readiness of teachers to use tests that are distributed in three blocks - content, organizational and effective.
