The research proved theoretical role of Postgraduate Education in the development of communication skills of teachers of humanities. According to the objectives of the study the researches on the development of communication skills of teachers of humanities in pedagogical science and practice were analyzed; the structural components of communicative abilities of teachers of humanities in post-graduate education were defined; the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the development of communication skills of teachers were substantiated; the model of communicative abilities' development of teachers of humanities in post-graduate education was worked out.
