Druzhinyna I. The cultural archetype of a hero: constant and dynamical components

The dissertation is devoted to the structural components of the cultural archetype of a hero which is considered as an open dynamic system - the fractal of the system "culture". The main components of that system provide a consistent combination of constant and dynamic properties of the phenomenon. In the original archetype the ambivalence of representations gives the possibility of archetype renewal. Embodied in image-motivic core human values are translated into new socio-cultural space. Innovative feature of the actual archetype provides a process of continuous transition archetypal representations of the "collective unconscious" in the cultural perceived. The author explores the interrelation between the "cultural archetype of a hero" elements and mechanisms of their functioning in the cultural consciousness in synchronic and diachronic aspects. Particular attention is given to the archetype of Don Quixote as an example of the acquisition the cultural hero archetype of new characteristics in the growth of cultural contradictions.
