The dissertation analyzes the concept of socio-cultural development of post-industrial civilization Toffler. The specific application of conceptual-categorical apparatus. Author examined global, social and personal level of socio-cultural transformation in research scientist. In the context of the application of innovative technologies in post-industrial society Toffler analyzed the impact of information technology, the role of biotechnology as a strategic response to the challenges of human development, especially the use of "human capital" in post-industrial society Toffler. Argued that the concept of socio-cultural development of modern civilization, the methodology of analysis, proposed by American scientists, can be efficiently used not only during subsequent sociopolitical and cultural studies of contemporary globalization trends, but also to develop practical approaches to prevent the introduction or their consequences.
